ONE CART DELAYED DELIVERY POOR SERVICE

My order #***-42 Order Date: 26/05/2023, 07:26 Delivery time requested and offered: 10:00 am - 11:00 am Shopping: 09:48 I made 2 calls to follow up on my order. Also follow ups on WhatsApp with the Shopper (Asanda) who said they were waiting for the driver.

I live in Heideveld - why do I only have an option for shopping in Ottery and Tygervalley?

Received 1 callback to say that my order was too big so they had to wait for a driver who had a 'hatch' for my groceries. This is bogus - because you know what size my order is when you receive my order.

It's already 14:15pm - and I still have not received my order.

When I phoned OneCart again, I was told this will be escalated to find out why my order's not been delivered yet.

I want to cancel this order and reimburse my money to my bank account - including the delivery fee and driver R15.00 tip
