One cart Carnival unprofessional drivers

This service is a great concept but is far from perfection. The items ordered are almost always not available and the delivery drivers are a manice. Its clear that they were not trained on how to conduct themselves and I wonder if they are screened for ******** history and substance use. Any company should ensure that these basic cardinal rules are adhered to. I felt particularly unsafe when interacting with a gentleman who was with the driver. He was quite rude and intimidating and now e knows where I stay. This is a serious matter and Onecart is placing consumer safety at risk. Onecart Carnival please do better
