Not even 1-star worthy - shocking service

They don’t even deserve one-star. My mom placed an order on Monday, and was promised delivery yesterday (Tuesday) before 5pm. Today, she was still waiting. It is now 10pm. The driver first says he had the wrong address and us running late, the all of a sudden, @dischem or @woolworths are out of all the stock my mom ordered. We are now insisting for a refund. They are absolutely ridiculous and we definitely won’t be making any use of them ever again.
