Non-existent customer service, additional charges, oh, and no delivery.

They have non-existent customer service. No calls are answered and queries are logged, but not responded to.

We ordered groceries, they deducted off R1.5k, then a further R800 without explanation, they then logged the order as delivered when not.

I don't think it's intentional *****, but they are simply *********** at managing their business at scale. The lack of comms though will however force me to log it as ***** and to pursue it through those channels.
