No service delivery!

This is my first time I am using your service and I'm highly disappointed. Your app says the order will take 2 hours, I placed my order at 13.20 it's 21H55 and I'm still waiting! Does it matter to you that my kids went to bed hungry because I was waiting on groceries for them to eat. No it doesn't matter to you guys or else i would have recieved a call or some form of communication then I could have made another plan but I waited gave uou guys still the benefit until it was to late. I tried calling your office with no answer, your emails returned undelivered. So you guys took my money, R500 later money that I don't have durinf the lockdown to throw down the drain. The owner of this company how do you allow your staff to operate in this manner I'm sure you had a vision when you started out.. I read all of these bad comments and wish I read it before using your service would have saved me money and my kiss would have had good..
