No refund

Yeses,it is day 3 now waiting for my refund to reflect into my bank account.The watsapp number takes decades to respond and also they are nit responding to my emails.When i call they just tell me to wait for one more day.They are just lying when the say ut takes 1-2 days to reflec***** day 3 now and im going to open a case for them because R2100 is a lot of money to just give away.
