No delivery or refund

I place an order on the 12 August 2021, i have a voucher of R100 and i paid R64 extra. I was told they couldnt reach me because they didnt have my number, i gave them 2 of my numbers. Got a message that order was on the way. Have been incontact with them i was told they would do a refund and renew my voucher, nothing has been done it the 19th August 2021 today. I even suggested that they dont procees refund but rather deliver what i have ordered non has been done. This was my first purchase with Onecart i dont see myself ever using them or evn suggesting them to anyone service is terrible.
