No Christmas food for me this year

So after a few calls and no one answering, I ordered christmas food yesterday 23/12/2020, it is now 17h28 the 24/12/2020, still no delivery or any contact.

I am a very loyal customer and I am in tears of this terrible service.

Now the shops is closed and what must I do now to get food for xmas.
