My refund back

Its very said hoe I habe trusted that One Cart wants the best for their customers only to find that they one only de***** me. I jabe gone over 2 weeks trying to understand the reason for flagging the account and with help my order but no clarity to this. I wish someone can come with tangible proof regarding the allegations. Im very angry at the service as well as how im yreated like a ********. I wish to get my money back and forget about One cart having existed im my life.
