Messy!

After taking a week to deliver, I was informed on the day of my delivery that a lot of my items were 'Out of stock'. Not fancy items, but basic things like Pronutro were suddenly unavailable. I find this strange as these items are available in most physical stores.

When my delivery finally arrived, my yogurts were squashed and had leaked out over the other items in the bag. There were also items that I was charged for missing from my delivery. I informed One Cart of this, and later the day the missing items were delivered. Without any response from their customer service on what was being done to remedy the situation.

At 8 at night, I was informed that yet another another One Cart order needed to picked up from our Estate security, despite having received my entire order already. Turns out it was not my order at all. Someone else's order was delivered to us by mistake.

I emailed One Cart that same evening as it was after hours, and tried to phone One Cart to inform them of this mistake the next day for 2 hours. Either no one was available to talk to, or the call went to voicemail and apparently their Voicemail box was full. Only after sending more irate emails did someone finally get back to me, telling me to hold onto the incorrect order until I place and receive my next delivery from One Cart.

So is the person who is waiting for their order that got delivered to me meant to wait until I maybe order from One Cart again? The incorrect order was diapers. Is there a mom out there now desperate for diapers for her child?

I will not be using One Cart again. I agree with most peoples reviews. It is far less effort and drama to put on a mask and go to a physical shop. And at least then I am assured of actually getting the basics I am looking for. With far less mess. Far less fuss. And no unnecessary admin afterwards.

Overall some of the worst service I have ever experienced and not a service I would recommend to anyone else. In a stressful time, One Cart is just adding to the stress and worry.
