OneCart has basically ****med me and refuses to give me my money back for grocery items that were not delivered to me when I ordered on their platform. This has been going on since the 6/02/2024. They have given me invalid coupon codes which are not encrypted and are visible to the agent/consultant first before they are given to me and have insinuated that I’ve used these coupons whereas I’ve sent multiple screenshots to show that they are invalid.. At this point I want the amount of R223,99 either credited back to my wallet or I want a valid coupon code.
