****MERS!!!!!

I would give it a zero star if I could. I placed my order at 08H25 to be delivered at 11h00, I waited till 12h40 for my order to arrive and when I received it the pack was opened and one of the items was missing, i have spoken and showed the driver about the missing item and he then told me that my package was mistakenly delivered to a wrong address of which he had to go and get it back. I did call the office of which I was told I’ll get the refund within minutes of which I didn’t. Their customer service is very poor. They don’t care about their customers. I’m so disappointed and I want my money back.
