Lack of respect and service

OneCart had a promotion which I attempted to use before the expiry however it failed to apply the discount. I raised the matter with OneCart immediately and received a response the following day. I have since been following up on the matter and my e-mails are being ignored.

I also keep getting a link to rate the service yet no service was provided. In addition, the link provided does not work and takes me to a page that is invalid.
