Incompetence at it's best

Like really? You put in your full address and the driver still wants to call using whatsapp for an address??? Can't you see the address provided??? I pay for the damn delivery so if you need to communicate, you'll have to call me straight, not using whatsapp. I didn't give consent to be called via whatsapp. This is unacceptable!!! My delivery was for 9 - 10. Now it's 11 and I still don't have my order!
