I want my money

They have cancelled my order on Sunday then refunded in the wallet.I then transferred the money to my bank account but even today it’s not reflecting.Im tired of this back and forth,i was not donating that money to you but buying things that i need.Now that you failed to fulfil my order i want my money so that i can be able to buy from other stores.Im tired and furious
