Horrible services

Horrible horrible service,first it started for a very late delivery about 1 hour later then the schedule delivery period. Then the company was meant to refund me but then come to find out two weeks after that the agents forgot to place a refund. Meaning if I never went to check my statements n all I would have never found out.

And then on top of that after their mistake they then say the refund will be made on the wallet. Meaning I’m forced to use their horrible services again…
