HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

So yesterday while I was at work I decided to make use of Onecart services (BAD DECISION) I bought medication since me and my son have flue ,added my items on my cart paid for the items including R35 delivery fee.

Shocking discovery was that my items remained unpaid yet i have POP and my APP showing the money is paid over,I even went as far as calling the bank they confirmed.

What is annoying about this its like I'm lying or trying to de***** Onecart because they cant "find my payment "and there's this lovely lady Tumelo (onecart) she is trying to help me but she's not winning.
