HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM BOTH DRIVERS N ONECART. On the 25 I placed my order to be delivered between 16h00 n 17h00.then the driver came early at 15h44 n when I reach home around 15h57 my Neighbors told that I had a delivery n it was returned back. The driver never called me but she claims she did.I called onecart from the 26 09 2024 for my order to be re-delivered ,they promised to deliver on the 27.09.2024 I called again they promised to escalate the matter to dispatch. 29.09.2024 same story on the 30th the said the refunded me but there's nothing in my wallet. Today 01.10.2024 I called more than 3 times about my refund no one is giving me a straight answer.i have send countless emails n WhatsApp but no is responding.Onecart is failing us ,if they can't do what's right by Customers then they should closed down their business bcus clearly they are Horrible failing
