Go buy your groceries yourself! Take my word for it

Guys seriously! Go buy your groceries yourself! This is the most hideous service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on Monday for 10am slot (LOL) its now Thursday afternoon, no delivery, no refund PLUS I called the call centre about 15 times and the agents say they will call you back or ask you where the order is???? And never call you back. I am also starting to wonder if this is a ****! Highly do not recommend this service
