I ordered from Makro on 2 Nov 2023, they marked things on my order as product found but it was NEVER delivered, I called the call centre and all the agent says is we will look into it and call you back, without taking a order number or contact number.

after numerous calls and email my wallet has still not been credited and no one has even attempted to call me back.

dont use this service, its really bad and the call centre is of no help
