My shopper was very professional and gave me great service, even went the extra mile. however, the product I had ordered was out of stock and when I requested a refund to my wallet and subsequently, bank account it never arrived. I have emailed them, tweeted them and even called them to request my money back but have not received anything. This is the worst online shopping experience there is in SA. I keep receiving text messages that my item is being delivered but it never arrives. IWANT MY MONEY BACK
