FEDUP with their shoppers!!!!

EVERY SINGLE time I have ordered from them from Makro the shopper is too lazy to find what I have ordered and keeps saying there is no stock. I ask for a box of chips which is much cheaper than buying individually at Makro and they keep sending me individual packets of chips. They say there is no stock and the next day I place the same order and now there is stock. I am so tired of their shoppers being lazy or rushed and not asking for help from Makro staff, when they can't find the item advertise as IN STOCK on their OneCart website!

Month after month I have tried hoping to get a better shopper and every month the same thing - IT IS COSTING ME PRECIOUS BUDGETED MONEY - PLEASE TRAIN THEM TO ASK MAKRO FOR HELP WHEN THEY CAN'T FIND THE ITEMS!!!!!
