Failure to keep commitments

I requested a refund on Monday and was told the refund would reflect on Wednesday morning and it didn't upon calling them yesterday they said they would escalate and call me back but I didn't receive any feedback. I called them just now and I am being told they dont have any feedback and it could take a couple of days. Dont commit to services you cant not provide. It's that simple. Order ***
