Extremely Disappointing Experience with OneCart

I had a terrible experience with OneCart that I feel compelled to share. I received the wrong item in my order, but was reassured that it would be exchanged promptly. They collected the incorrect item, and I still haven’t received my correct order. What’s worse, every time I try to follow up, they drop my calls and ignore my messages. This is unacceptable, and I’m left with no resolution. I regret ever using this platform and will never order from them again. Beware!
