Extremely bad service

Horrible service to say the least if you want your items to be delivered on time do not even think of using OneCart. I placed an order this morning and it was scheduled to be delivered at 11 am and I am writing this review (6:12 pm) my items have not be delivered. I called the customer service centre and sent messages to their WhatsApp number and they keep saying they are escalating the matter and each consultant plays the Saint that they are not the ones I spoke to previously and they are not sure why the other consultants have not gotten back to me. Money has been deducted from my account but no items received. They are a ****! If I could I would give them a zero star rating, so annoying!
