Exceptional Service - OneCart

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Junior at One Cart who went out of his way to help Clive from East London not only select a bunch of flowers by sending him pictures of the flowers Woolworths Castle Gate had instore, to choose from but also personally delivered the flowers. Junior went above and beyond to ensure that the request from Clive, was fulfilled as promised. His dedication, attention to detail, compassion and willingness to assist was truly remarkable and best of all was his fantastic attitude. The beautiful bunch of roses were delivered on time and in perfect condition, with a smile, making two people's day extra special. Kudos to Junior and OneCart for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful!
