DO NOT USE ONECART - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

1 order was done with 2 different deliveries because of the stores. Half of the order was delivered. The other half of the order was not delivered - reason driver could not get hold of me. I have requested for a refund, the customer care have been saying 48 - 72 hours and now it has changed to 7 to 10 working days.
