The worst experience with food delivery. At first I thought it was just with Makro. Again they have not delivered now with a Woolworths order.

Not a single person is accountable and they let their drivers do whatever the hell they want with peoples goods. The shopper completed my order at 15:00 for a scheduled delivery for 16:00. At 17:10 when I enquired about my delivery nobody knew anything they didn’t even know the driver who had my food.

ONECART should not be allowed to operate. CGSO NEEDS TO STEP IN !!!
