DO NOT USE ONE CART!!!!

I ordered some stuff online early hours of the Sunday Morning, the App said it would be delivered by 10am the Sunday. I went and collected two guys to help with the work that needed to be done, in short the items were never delivered and I had to pay the two guys. I called in and promised it would be delivered the next Day and I was given a coupon in my wallet but had to buy for another R250 to use the coupon and pay for another delivery fee even though they said it would be free. Next Day same story, collected two guys and by 13:00 NO Delivery. I called and eventually had to go collect the stuff myself. And do you think I can get my 2x Delivery fee reimbursed?? Not after two weeks and numerous calls. Do not use this Company, it is a misery from start to....well it never ends.
