Distasteful & disgraceful,

I keep trying to give this provide a chance because a friend knows the founders personally, but each and every time there is something,

I tried to return something and i was told i had to go return the item myself at the store i ordered from online and I did , only to arrive there and be told the the buyer who purchased the item was on leave and the item could not be returned without here there or her card, I spent close to 3hrs at the store, back and forth at the store and the buyer that was there was laughing about the incident with the buyer on leave. this was on Friday afternoon and to date the issue is still unresolved,
