Disgusting service!

I placed an order at Makro, Alberton @15:48 and I’m typing this review @21:28 pm. I never received my order , it’s still processing. The shopper NEVER handed over my order to the driver! I tried to call your call centre but the number isn’t going through! The first red flag was the fact that I couldn’t chat to the shopper her name was MAPASEKA. No one has bothered to communicate with me, I tried to call the store but they are not picking up
