Disgusting service

I placed an order at 12h22. My allocated time slot was 14h00 - 15h00 I waited and waited with no correspondence from anyone at OneCart. I eventually had to email at 16h00 to ask what is happening. Was then told there was a delay with my order and they were supposed to send a message. I then got an sms to say my order is delayed! My order eventually arrives at 17h43 😡 What a fkn waste of time. I spent 2 hours after my allocated time waiting. All I get was we apologize 🤢 Why bother having allocated times when you cannot follow it.
