Disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service I received from OneCart. I placed an order for a cake on February 5th and specifically selected the 6 PM – 7 PM delivery slot on February 6th. However, at around 4 PM on the 6th, I received a call informing me that my order would have to arrive earlier because the personal shoppers finish their shifts at 6 PM. I was also told that their system had a glitch, which is why the 6 PM – 7 PM slot was even available in the first place.

Then, at around 5:30 PM, I was contacted again—this time by the personal shopper—who informed me that my order had to be canceled altogether due to technical difficulties and that my money would be refunded to my OneCart wallet. This was beyond frustrating, as the cake was intended for a birthday celebration on February 7th, and I was left scrambling at the last minute with no alternative.

The lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability is shocking. Not only did they fail to fulfill my order, but they also wasted my time and left me in a difficult situation. This was my first time using OneCart, and after such a disappointing experience, it will certainly be my last.
