Disappointed with the terrible services

Service has gone from hero to zero very disappointing . Started using onecart from the inception of lockdown it worked amazingly up until last week Friday when I received someone else’s order - the order was suppose to arrive by 4 only got to me after 6 and of course the customer service Centre was closed. Tried calling the next day however just held on forever tried a few times with no joy ended up donating the items as I had no use for them. Today I placed and order and every single thing was out of stock how poor is that surely there are substitutes that the shoppers could recommend. I would not advise anybody to make use of this service as they promise what they can not deliver ....
