Disappointed in the sevice

I am awaiting a refund due to me. I was told it would be refund by the end of business and yet it the day later and nothing. I have also sent a request by support and ayanda khumalo called and dropped the call, she sent an email asking for my order number and still no response from her. The product I requested was out of stock so the personal shopper gave me something similar but it was way cheaper then the original item I ordered. And now in my wallet there is no update or feedback.
