Disappointed in OneCart

OneCart selling line is that the buyer doing your shopping is in contact with you and will call you or send you a text via WA. This never happened. The most important product I wanted was not delivered and no response from the so called "buyer" doing my shopping. Terribly disappointed with OneCart. Will not recommend it to family and friends.
