Disappointed

On the 1st May. I placed an order for the first time with them and online it said the first delivery is free. When they arrived they had charged me. I have been sending them emails ever since and no one has bothered to come back to me. However, they were quick to deliver and the order was correct. I am just disappointed that on one seems to care about keeping their customers and they are not bothered by my email.
