Did not receive refund

I had a terrible experience with my recent purchase from One Cart. I ordered a 44-pack of nappies but received only a 22-pack instead. I have been trying to resolve this issue since July 17, calling multiple times and sending WhatsApp messages. Despite being told each time that the matter has been escalated, I have still not received any refund or resolution. The lack of response and resolution has made this experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
