DELIVERY AREAS / ZONES NOT DEFINED LEADING TO CANCELLED ORDERS AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY

After ordering from them for years, deliveries to my areas are now a problem. They accept the order from my profile (address included), accept the payment, shop the items - then don't deliver the order! DEFINE YOUR DELIVERY AREAS / ZONES SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE THEIR TIME!! Now I have to wait till my money is refunded so I can transfer it back to my account.
