Confirmation of groceries delivered to me but I still don't have the items

I placed an order (0rder number #762906) on Thursday to be delivered to Bryston and somehow having entered the correct address, one cart assumed I was in Cape Town and the best thing they could say was that they'll call back. They are not responding to emails and they aren't answering calls either. Yet I received an email that I should have received the items I paid for. It's concluded that I received my stuff yet I don't have anything delivered to me and again they have still not bothered to call to fix their mess. Such terrible service!
