Complaint

Onecart and vodapay are ****.on the 27th of March I ordered online,so I didn't get confirmation message of my order that usually come with order number,but the transection went through.i send them the proof of my payment and short screen of approval of transection on the Vodapay app.i reported it to Vodacom and they took the matter to onecart and I was told to send herry at onecart email with proof of payment which I did.now they are no longer responding to my emails nor assisting me.stay away from them their app is terrible and they lack customer service.
