cheaper substitutes, without credit
I have used 3 different delivery services since the commencement of lockdown - what i fail to understand is why One cart will substitute your item for a cheaper item, but not credit you with the difference? it has happened on more than 1 occasion.

From there, you can use those credits on your next order or transfer them back to your bank account. We've gone through your orders and ensured all refund amounts have been credited to your wallet.
