Cant trust OneCart. They don't deliver goods.

Placed an order on their app. Shopper was great...however, I never received my order. Paid R517.00 for some items (I am pregnant and don't want to leave the house due to high risk pregnancy and current pandemic) been phoning and sending emails, they simply don't respond. Two days has gone past....still no response from them. Basically, One Cart took my money and never delivered my goods.
