Billed twice and not refunded

I have been billed twice for a purchase on one cart in 2023, i have been going back and fort with the customer service department, i even have 2 case numbers but i get the same answer "the case is flagged". One cart has billed me twice and refuses to pay me back. DO NOT ORDER WITH ONECART.
