Bad Service...Unprofessional...

Very unreliable and unprofessional service from this place. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this service... They are putrid. Quick to take your money but they dont deliver your products.

They double debited me for the same order and i still not recieved my order.

I ordered on Saturday afternoon 27th Nov 2021 for delivery between 4pm and 5pm Sat afternoon... They called me shortly after my money was taken to say delivery will be a bit late just after 5pm due to them being behind schedule. They then sent and email just before 5pm to tell me they wont be able to deliver my order because they have system issues. This morning Sunday 28th Nov 2021 they debited me again for the same order. I called and was assured they completed the order and they refunded me the one amount as i was double debited.

They told me order has been completed and the driver is on his way...that was at 9am... I live 5min away from the mall that i ordered from. It is now 7pm and i still not recieved my order.

It is much needed medical supplies that i ordered im from an operation and need these items as part of my post op treatment.

They dont respond to emails nor do they take your calls...

Very unprofessional and unreliable... Dont use them.
