bad service, slow app

I did an order yesterday from 2 different shops, and I only received from one shop. I called them TWICE today, and spoke to 2 different people and I'm STILL WAITING for someone to call me back. or at the very least to refund my money.

the app is soooo slow, it's such a pain ordering, and then this service is not acceptable.
