bad service frm one cart

I placed an order on the 13th of Nov 2023 via One Cart and it was partially delivered.I then called them to follow up and they acknowledged the shortages and promised to call me back as soon they can establish what went wrong.Sadly, they did not attempt even 1 phone call.I called again 3 more times without any valuable feedback. I also sent WhatsApp messages which have been blatantly ignored. I called again this morning and Tumi was obnoxious and extremely rude over and Prudence,the supervisor was a total mess and oblivious.

I
