Bad service ever from Onecart

So I made an order on the 24th September 2022 at 11am to be delivered between 1pm & 2pm, only to be notified that I'll get the order between 3pm & 4pm.... Little did I know that the will be no delivery.... No communication and when I called the call centre they have closed for the day. The following I called trying to cancel the order but unfortunately the refund takes 48 hours and I'm still without grocery. So the best they could do for me is to wait until 12pm to receive the order I made 24hours ago. Anyway, I'm happy I won't be using their services any longer... To think when onecart was introduced their services great... What has happened?
