Bad service don't recommend

Everything was going well, until the delivery step. Firstly it wasn't moving so how will I know where is the driving , secondly driver is in car does not go out to atleast help to identify her as there uber eats drivers, Mr d and takelot waiting for their people and their orders. Shem this was my second time ordering and its the last time waste of time and money, even rn stil waiting for order as driver left with my order. Tried calling the contact center, email and whatsapp and basically still nothing .
