Bad service

I placed an order for 100% blend juice. Order arrived and they sent me the incorrect juices. They sent me three 20% mango juice and three 50% apple juices. I've reached out to their team to have them collect the order and send the correct ones. They now claiming I instructed the shopper to substitute the juices with other flavours which I have but the flavours aren't the issue. The issue is they sent me the wrong juice.
